to pay attention, because that attention
reassures her you're still interested. She needs
you to put in some effort, because that effort
reassures her she ain't the only one who's
trying. She needs you to make time for her,
because that time reassures her you still want
her to be a part of your life. She needs your
loyalty, because that loyalty reassures her
she's committing to the right person. Lastly,
she needs your honesty, because your honesty
reassures her she can trust you. & it's sad how
some guys can't even get that done..

Sometimes you meet someone, and it’s so clear that the two of you, on some level belong together. As lovers, or as friends, or as family, or as something entirely different. You just work, whether you understand one another or you’re in love or you’re partners in crime. You meet these people throughout your life, out of nowhere, under the strangest circumstances, and they help you feel alive.
